I recently adopted two kittens and needed to schedule appointments for their first visit, and knowing that my mom, who also has a few pets, trusts BPAH with her pets, I knew that I could as well. I live about 40 minutes away from the vet, which isn't a problem for me, but is for my two little kittens. The first visit went awesome, Dr. Kelso answered all of the questions that I had (which were a lot). After the visit, my kitty had a little (and as in little, I mean quite large) accident in the carrier. So, I called the vet and asked them If I could bring her back in and clean her up a bit. Without hesitation, they said yes. So I came back in with my poor little kitty, who was head to toe in her own poop, and the lady helped me clean her up so that I could take her home. I love the atmosphere of the BPAH, the art on the walls makes it very colorful and comfortable. They are also very caring when it comes to losing a pet, which is always very nice.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Ricci is very knowledgeable and takes great care of the animals. Even though my family moved away from the area, we still take our animals there.
We have a pretty sensitive German Shepard. She felt alright at home at BPAH on her first visit. Dr. Ricci solved Montanas issue and then took the time to get to know her. She has probably made a friend for life. We recently got a new fur baby and he will also be seeing Dr. Ricci. I know we all love our fur babies and price shouldn't matter but it does, BPAH is really affordable. I was expecting our first check up to be close to $200 and it didn't even come close.
I'm very pleased with the whole staff. They even worked me in on a moment's notice. I highly recommend!!
All the staff at the animal hospital are so wonderful!! They explain everything that they are doing. Oh I especially love the report cards afterwards so you also have the records for yourself. Even if I move away this will be the place I take my animals to! BEST PLACE EVER!
