Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and in order when I arrived. Breakfast in the morning was good but there was no cream cheese for the bagels.
The location was good with close proximity to a cute shop, nice restaurant and not far from a grocery store. It was a little difficult to get to from the highway. The common area and breakfast were clean and welcoming. The staff accommodating. The room was clean and updated however the deadbolt on our door didn't work and the bathroom door didn't latch. The pool area was clean and cute bit the pool was quite cool. Overall, it was a nice stay and would stay there again!
It was a good value. Biggest complaint. No shuttle bus. Plus they took rooms away from the wedding group we were in. The bride and groom almost didn't have a room.
I was impressed with the cleanliness and the decorating, extra areas for relaxing. Neighboring room loudness late at night woke us up. I thought of knocking on the wall or calling the front desk to intervene. Next time I'll bring my ear plugs. , or was this an occasional problem?!
I had the king woolpool suite, the room smelled pleasent, was clean, and the bed and pillows we're extremely comfortable. We had one towel with stains on it and the Continental breakfast had limited choices, but was par for the class of hotel. The cream cheese gone at 9, but no one told them to refill it in their defense. The staff was very accommodating to the wedding party. All in all a good stay.
